You cannot buy better cookware... ...you can pay more for cookware but, in my opinion, it can't get any better than the Farberware Millennium stainless steel cookware set. You can go from stove top to oven...up to 500 degrees with these (lids too). I've been cooking a very long time and this cookware is a joy to use. When cooking on the stove top use a lower heat with the encapsulated bottom type of cookware and there should be no problems with food sticking or clean up. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. Loveeeee this set! They are beautiful! If you have trouble with it “losing” its shine (inside) or tarnished its not (look at my photos). You have to treat this set like you treat a cast iron skillet “season” the pans after use. After a good hand wash dry the pans with a soft cloth, then dab a few drops olive oil (or oil if your choice) wipe the inside of each pan (you are coating the oil in the pan) and wah lah they are perfect again! We've had this set for about 2 months now and love it! I've never cooked with stainless steel before, but we needed to make the switch to use with our induction cooktop. They are nice and heavy duty, clean up easily, and I've never had a problem with things sticking as long as I preheat the pan and use nonstick spray, butter, or oil.
